Your customer support team can see changes to Height tasks right on linked Zendesk tickets, including new messages, status changes, and description changes.
Customer support can also respond on Height task with new details, updated screenshots, and answer questions right from internal notes in Zendesk.
By default, all internal notes from a Zendesk ticket will be cross-posted to linked Height tasks. However, you can also disable this feature or choose to only have some internal messages posted to linked Height tasks. Toggle this setting from "Post internal notes to linked Height tasks" in Product settings → Integrations → Zendesk.
If you only want some specific internal notes to be cross-posted, choose "Internal notes mentioning
#height". Then, only internal notes that include
#height anywhere within them will be cross-posted to Height.
