Task updates and chat messages are cross-posted to linked Zendesk tickets by default, making it easy to share info across tools.

If you want to pick only specific updates to be sent from task to ticket, you can do so in Product settings → Integrations → Zendesk.

This setting allows you to keep Zendesk tickets clear from clutter, picking only key updates like task status changes or new messages to be cross-posted to tickets.

By default, we batch updates on tasks to 5-minute time windows. So instead of sending a new internal note on the linked ticket for every task update and new message, we post one internal note with all the changes in the last 5 minutes.
