You can view any of your lists or smart lists as a board (Kanban), a to-do list (spreadsheet), or a calendar. Kanban is great for keeping track of your work, giving you a way to visualize all your tasks like post-it notes up on the wall.

To switch a list to a Kanban visualization, go to View → Visualization for any list (or just hit cmd+kvisualization).

💡Tip: A message will appear notifying you of unsaved changes if the updated view is not saved following the change.

Why we think you'll love our take on Kanban:

  • Just like with our spreadsheet lists, you can add tasks and multi-select them, move them across product development stages, and edit them lightning fast.

  • Instead of archiving tasks one by one, you can choose how long you want to see completed tasks (always, never, since today, since [Monday]).

  • You can easily drag columns around to move them and hide empty sections.

  • Visualize your progress better by using sections and subsections at the same time. i.e. How are we doing this sprint? (section by status, subsection by assignee).

You can also switch between spreadsheet, calendar, and Kanban at any time. Kick off your project as a to-do list today and switch to Kanban tomorrow (and vice versa!).

Happy tasking!
